The ECO tank printers are a joke. My printer gave me an error message that the ink pad is full and to call Epson Service Center. I called the Service Center and they told me they don't support my model. I haven't even used it that much. Don't buy.

@AskPlayStation After waiting 1 hour, I spoke to 2 people to no avail. Long story short, they want me to pay for online service to my PSN acct that was hacked. The account is frozen and won’t be re-instated unless I pay the $49.99 for an online game that I didn’t purchase.
