They need to apply Graves' balancing to Celeste. Low skill heroes can be OP in low rank but then they get out scaled by mechanics: e.g. Moira in OW or SW in Rivals. Any low skill bot that can perform equally well at high rank is BAD balance: e.g. OW Brig on release.
