Happy to hear of the #FDA approval of a higher-dose version of #naloxone nasal spray, Kloxxado. At 8 mg, it's 2x as strong as what's available now & should be out later this year. Especially for #fentanyl OD, which is on the rise, multiple doses of 4mg #Narcan have been needed.

Justice-involved individuals with OUD are at the greatest risk for #overdose the first 2 weeks after #incarceration. Until MAT is more available, they should receive #Naloxone and OpiRescue. We’ve begun working with Colorado and other states on this issue.
