We were promised lower prices.
Instead:
⛽ Gasoline: +41%
🍅 Tomatoes: +32%
🥩 Beef & veal: +13%
🥬 Vegetables: +8%
Tariffs and war are driving costs higher, and @derrickvanorden & @BryanSteil keep backing the policies making life more expensive for Wisconsin families.
Inflation just hit 4.2% — its highest level in 3 years. 📈
Gas, groceries, & everyday items keep getting more expensive while families struggle to keep up.
We were promised lower costs. Instead, families are paying more at the pump, the store, & at home.

Speaker Mike Johnson said the quiet part out loud.
If Republicans have their way, they’re pledging to cut Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security next year- all to give tax breaks to the ultra-wealthy.
The Trump administration announced a rule change on implementing work requirements for Medicaid.
The bottom line: They’re making very, very sick people work to keep their access to care.

If Republicans have their way, they’re pledging to cut to Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security next year.
While they give tax cuts to billionaires, they're putting your health care on the chopping block.
Again.
Trump’s agenda has been disastrous for Wisconsin farmers. Between his trade wars and his war of choice in Iran, our farmers are being hit from all sides.
During his visit to Wisconsin, Donald Trump made it clear that he just doesn’t get it.
Diesel prices are up. Fertilizer prices are up. Dairy prices are down. And nearly 6 in 10 farmers say things are getting worse for them.
President Trump is making life harder for our farmers.
More than 3.5 million Americans have already lost access to SNAP because of the Republican tax law.
Republicans chose tax breaks for the wealthy over helping families put food on the table. Now millions are paying the price.
We’re 100+ days into Trump’s war with Iran, and there’s no end in sight. Instead of focusing on what Americans need, Republicans are ignoring the economic crisis they’ve created.

Our farmers work hard to feed are families, but with reckless tariffs, erratic trade wars, and the war in Iran wreaking havoc, they're struggling. And the last thing anyone needs is more chaos and uncertainty from President Trump and the Trump Administration.
🚨Breaking🚨: Every single Wisconsin Republican voted to continue a war that is driving up costs for Wisconsinites on everything from food to fertilizer.

“While his constituents are struggling and asking for relief, Van Orden is busy promoting the very administration that has accelerated their economic pain."

Rep. Derrick Van Orden says that he supports Wisconsin farmers… yet he keeps voting for things (like tariffs, a war in Iran that is driving up costs, and efforts that cut their access to healthcare) that they don’t support.
I talked to farmers across our state, it didn’t matter what they grow or raise, the sky-high cost of gas and fertilizer because of Republicans’ war in Iran is just killing them.
We need to end this war and stop this chaos.
@RepVanOrden@HouseGOP What @RepVanOrden won't tell you is that the Farm Bill does nothing to fix his cuts to SNAP – which are forcing families to pay more for groceries and hurting markets for Wisconsin farmers.
For some kids, school lunches are the only meal they are guaranteed every single day.
Thanks to SNAP cuts, which both Rep. @BryanSteil & Rep. @derrickvanorden voted for, that is no longer a guarantee.
