Velora is now fully integrated into Mix It Up with support for streamer and bot accounts, chat, emotes, badges, Channel Points, Volts, raids, moderation, channel management, and more!

You can now run commands for everything from announcements and moderation to raids, shoutouts, channel points, and channel management.

There are also dedicated Velora events, actions, slash commands, bot support, native channel point command integration, stream tags, account identifiers, and more.

🎵 MUSIC PLAYER OVERHAUL
The Music Player has been rebuilt with a brand new Now Playing and Queue experience, album art, WMA support, track scrubbing, drag-and-drop queue reordering, playlist support, queue export, Shuffle and Repeat modes that persist between sessions, and more.

Basically, your music queue has finally been allowed to become the organized system it always believed it could be.

New events for Channel Unban Requests, Hype Train Progress, and Channel Goal Progress, plus new identifiers for subscription durations, follow durations, and more.

🤩 ANIMATED EMOTES
Animated emotes are BACK! We overhauled our emote engine and now GIF and animated WebP emotes can now animate directly in the Mix It Up chat window, with options for no animation (default), short animation, or looping animation.

🎙️ MORE TTS OPTIONS
https://t.co/KfEROH4b7X now has an API provider option, including support for custom cloned voices for both the API and Overlay.

🎨 UI IMPROVEMENTS
We’ve given Mix It Up a small visual refresh with updated iconography, service brand support, and and improvements for theme-aware logos/icons throughout the app.

🙌 THE EVERYTHING ELSE
There are also new user title tools, new entrance command controls, more donation identifiers, improved currency formatting, new moderation participation options, and plenty of other additions throughout the app.
And naturally, we also spent a considerable amount of time hunting down bugs, improving connection reliability, refreshing the app's iconography, and generally making Mix It Up behave better than it did yesterday.

We've got the full changelog posted over the in Discord, Wiki is up to date with all the new features and special identifiers, all we're waiting for is YOU to hit that update button!

Twitch is actually breaking my heart and idk what else to do for help. So I’m asking social media to do their thing here. Not for me, but for my community and for the memory of my friend.

‼️LONG POST‼️
In November, I did a full month subathon for my 5 year Partnerversary. During that subathon we SMASHED our all time highest sub count, raising it from 5200 to 6600+. During said subathon, one of my best friends (and moderators), @TenuousLight, personally gifted 900+ subs to ensure we got as many new emote slots as we could before the subs started dropping off.

Also happening at that same time, Twitch’s BIG issue of displaying incorrect sub counts in their dashboards. This also went on for WEEKS and it started happening a few days after I started my subathon. Due to knowing the sub counts were showing as incorrect, but the API still pulling the correct sub counts, I started downloading the sub count CSV files every time we crossed a new threshold for a new emote. I knew I would need records of reaching these goals if the automated emote unlocking system didn’t unlock an emote even if we passed the threshold.

Of course, my subathon ended and the sub counts were still broken. My 6600 sub point emote slot remained locked because their system was inaccurate, showing nearly 90 less subs than I actually had. I filed a support ticket with Partner @TwitchSupport and was met with AI responses about all kinds of stuff, and it never answered my questions. This went on for weeks.

January 4th, my community and I learned that Tenuous passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on NYE. We’ve been devastated by this news and grieving for two straight months now. What makes it even worse is knowing his last huge support to me is not being acknowledged by Twitch. So I started filing for support help again.

I was met with more AI responses and bullshit. Telling me how to get Plus Program (which I have) and how to use Twitch Alerts for more emote slots (already do). I started just all caps screaming in the replies. Crying and losing sleep over this shitstorm of a situation. Then 2 days ago, a human finally replies?!

They proceed to tell me that not only can they NOT manually unlock emotes because the system is “fully automated” but that even if they could, they don’t have the data from that far back (and they used the wrong date and said April when it was November??) or it would take too many resources to find - implying that me and my issue are not worth their time.

I explain that I have the CSV files from all my sub goals that month. They reply saying they cannot even use them. They tell me their own files that they provide to us are useless to their own engineering team. Which I find incredibly hard to believe.

So I then ask FIRMLY, why they can’t escalate this and do anything to help me? Tenuous literally had given over 4k subs in my channel alone, all he did was support streamers and give their platform money. They don’t care, they just tell me they can’t help me anymore and close my case.

I’m so sick of this shit. I shouldn’t have had to fight for weeks to talk to a REAL PERSON as a Twitch Partner, and then they basically tell me that me and my dead best friend’s money are not worth their time. Like, is this really how we wanna treat the people keeping the platform afloat?

Absolutely egregious.

@flex_twitchtv Im glad im not the only person who thought this. Such a big card for the text to be so small. I did prefer the wider double clip version too. I also had to get mine reprinted because they gave me a community one instead of affiliate,meaning i wouldnt have had my affiliate perks.
