Exactly — Opstan works like Bitcoin in this sense. When demand for block space grows, fees naturally rise and spam becomes expensive. When demand drops, fees fall again and regular messages become cheaper.

There is no central moderator deciding who gets priority. The blockchain manages it through open market rules: limited block space, user fees, and miners choosing transactions. Simple, decentralized, and self-balancing.

Spam is limited by design. Opstan blocks have a fixed size, so network capacity is finite. If demand exceeds capacity, transactions compete through fees—those willing to pay more get priority, similar to Bitcoin.

As for Sybil attacks, there are no algorithmic recommendations to manipulate visibility. Users choose which channels to follow and what to read. Creating thousands of fake accounts doesn’t automatically give you reach if nobody follows them.
