@OptaExposed @Orbinho They aren't regulated, they can essentially do what they want. Perhaps the best you can hope for is the likes of @paddypower disclosing to users that opta are not regulated and do not have a dispute process. This might prevent further users, using the markets dictated by opta.

Granted there’s times where there’s a lot of discredible hopeless appeals - but this isn’t one.
Address the issues, be clear, and own the errors. We need changes

@Orbinho @CarltonJM Now 4 days on from the in incident - how this has not be rectified I don’t know.
With no update on whether it’s being reviewed, just total ignorance to the situation which has left hundreds out of pocket due to Opta making a simple mistake.
Please rectify this issue
