Half Murph: 800m run, 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 150 squats, 800m run
Beginner: Ring rows or jumping pull-ups, knee push-ups, shorter runs (400-800m), reduce reps further
Sub runs with rowing/biking if needed
