@briannalyman2 There have been court cases over the years challenging birthright citizenship, all were decided in favor of birthright. This set a precedent. U can amend the Constitution but a president can't just declare birthright citizenship over unless the Supremes decides differently.

He says things that they have on tape & he denies saying them. He posts things on social media that he denies writing. A lot of people seem to accept this.
