This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're emphasising the importance of taking care of your mental well-being. At Optimum Care, we're committed to supporting our team members through every challenge.
We have trained Mental Health First Aiders within our company who are here to listen, offer support, and signpost any staff member struggling with their mental health. Details of this service are on our training platform Optimum Inspire.
