@NationwideBath I ordered a semi-pedestal sink just before lockdown was imposed. The sink and pedestal (sold as a single item) arrived just as lockdown began, so he could not come to our house to install the sink. In June, as lockdown was easing he came back to our house.

Okay, it appears I did use it last July. But only to try and get a response from the company that delivered an item that wasn't the one I ordered, and refused to speak to me about it.

@TheOfficialJVS @NationwideBath I opened a Paypal dispute. Nationwide Bathrooms did not respond, so Paypal decided in my favour and refunded me.

@NationwideBath It has been over a week since openingt he support ticket and still no reply. I also messaged your Facebook page. But again over a week later, I have not even had an acknowledgment of my message.

@NationwideBath You replied that I was not entitled to an exchange. I emailed again, but you have not responded. I opened a support ticket on your website. I got a reply stating: "a team member will respond to you by email before the close of business on the next working day".

@NationwideBath He discovered that the pedestal we had been sent was not compatible with the sink (despite it being sold as a single item). I emailed to ask for the pedestal to be replaced, explaining that it had taken me so long to spot your mistake because of the lockdown.

The 2018 to 2019 tax return for K BEALE was successfully submitted and was received by HM Revenue and Customs and 10:14 GMT on 6 April 2019.

Now that's efficient :-)

Went to a mum's home for a bra fitting this afternoon. She and her home seemed familiar. It turned out I had visited her 4 years ago, for a sling consult :-)

My 10 year old daughter has borrowed on of my tops. And it looks better on her than it does on me. That's it now. My wardrobe won't be my own again until both girls have left home.

I have just submitted my tax return for 2017-2018. It didn't take very long, as I have very good and kept my financial records up-to-date.

Just took my first phone call as a qualified breastfeeding counsellor. It wasn't on the National Breastfeeding Helpline though. A good friend of mine, passed my number on to her sister, who gas recently had a baby.

I have just found out that I have passed the final module of my Association of Breastfeeding Mothers Breastfeeding Counsellor course. 🤱🍾🤱🥳🤱

Did my final practice call for my Association of Breastfeeding Mothers Breastfeeding Counsellor course on Sunday and submitted the final written module just a few minutes ago :-) Woo hoo!

A new mum came to mine for a combined nursing bra fitting and sling consult, this morning. She left with 3 new bras and a couple of hired slings :-)
