We are all capable of an infinite rainbow of emotions.
Our tune plays from the highest to the lowest note.
That's our resilience.
Let your thoughts bring you back into balance.

Is there a part of you that you don’t like, and try to ignore?
Ever tried to face it? Accept it?
Your mind is a fluid set of wiring.
You change habits and your circuitry also changes.
You change.
That's why, the more you think about something the more real it appears.
Let go.
Know what drives you to achieve?
Is it to prove something or because you’ll lose "x" if you don’t. OR because it’s your dream, because it’s fun, because you want to?
One focuses on achieving; the other on not achieving.
We switch how we think about it.
Be inspired not tasked.
Admire a trait in someone?
Do you know any quality we see in others we already have within ourselves?
We're the full spectrum of everything we admire. We choose to magnify; or choose to hide.
Shine your light, or keep it hidden?
Think about it, that’s where your reality lies.
Any point recently when you’ve said “Why don’t they just get it?”.
The answer, you're not being clear enough for them. We know lots of “stuff” we can’t imagine not knowing. Try, would you say it differently?
People will also filter what they hear through what they’re thinking.
Ever said, “I work best under stress”?
Stress creates powerful chemicals in our body. We can become addicted to substances; what about the chemicals we make internally?
Many people say that they work best under stress because it’s a habit.
We crave the familiar chemicals.
Have you ever been oblivious to someone entering a room? I know I have.
We're often in a trance, dazed by responsibility/ stress; completely lost in thought.
So, if you feel ignored by someone, look again. Maybe they cannot even see themselves right now, let alone you. You see?
You were once a child with crazy ideas, a love of every day; in a world of possibility.
Do you still have crazy ideas? Do you love every day and see a world of possibility?
We are older, but are we wiser?
You look through the same eyes now as your child self.
Do you see? Just be.
Focusing on a problem magnifies it and makes it more real. It narrows our minds' focus away from possibility. Focus on possible solutions then divert to something new. Shifting from focused to divergent eyes opens the door to inspiration. It gives solutions space in your mind.
Are you your own harshest critic?
Know anyone who's perfect?
How do you define perfect?
An irritant lodged in an oyster starts a pearl. Does that mean there is no perfect pearl?
We evolve just like that pearl.
Layers of experience and flaws.
Celebrate your unique perfection.
Do you ask yourself “Who am I?” What's your answer?
Now ask “How do I see myself?”
Are the two answers different? One identifies to “something” the other asks what lens you're looking through.
What are the lenses? Your thoughts.
Which set of thoughts do you look through today?
As children, we created fantasies and lived them. As adults we're doing the same.
What do I mean?
Reality is a mirage we create daily.
Predicting our future based on our past is as fantastical as predicting an entirely new life.
So, our dreams are as realistic as now. Live it :)
Why when posture's mentioned do we sit up straighter/ stand taller? When asked to listen we do the same.
Our body is tuned to our thinking.
Also, posture influences the physical workings of our body.
Give it a hand. Keep your eye level up. Looking up works wonder for mood too.
Do you have someone that you're less tolerant with?
Asked yourself why?
What are your expectations of them?
Whenever we have a different response to someone it starts within us.
We respond to how we think about that person, not to the person themselves.

#OptimumYou
Not everyone reacts the same to a situation therefore the reaction must be related to us.
It’s what we take into a situation that denotes our experience not the situation itself.
Life is not personal but intimately connected to our thoughts and expectations.

The Last Igloo filmed a hunter in Greenland.
His huskies had long leashes. Each could change their position or stop briefly, the sled still mobile, diverting when sensing thin ice.
When in a position that is precarious, we might tighten the reins. Luckily the hunter knew better.
