Good Morning!
Futures are down with ES -21 and NQ -49.
Oil prices remain high, with WTI Crude back over $100 a barrel, on escalating tensions in the Middle East.
Yields are starting to drop, with the 10 Year yield back under 5% this morning. This is due to a flight to safety out of tech stocks and other risk assets, as bonds have become more attractive and the rising demand in bonds is pushing yields lower.
$NVDA and $TSLA are leading the Mag 7 this morning.
The optics are leading the techs this morning, with $LITE showing the most strength.
The memory stocks are looking better, with $SKHY leading, while $WDC is the weakest.
$SKHY is up 4% after pausing its Solidigm IPO review, which eases dilution concerns.
$WDC is down 2% this morning despite reporting a strong earnings beat and raised guidance because management flagged higher near term spending and rising DRAM/NAND input costs. Higher spending can pressure free cash flow in the near term, while rising component costs risk squeezing margins even as the company benefits from strong AI storage demand.
$BE is down 2% this morning despite reporting a strong Q3 beat and raised guidance, as investors focused on negative free cash flow, heavy capex spending for AI capacity, and the stock’s elevated valuation.
$SPCX is up 2% this morning on reports it’s in talks to access at least 80,000 U.S. cell sites to help build a fourth nationwide wireless carrier, supporting its push to combine Starlink with cellular infrastructure and expand beyond launches, broadband, and AI.
$MRNA is down another 3% this morning, extending yesterday’s 18% drop on a premature leak of Phase 3 data for its Merck cancer vaccine. The trial met its goals, but an analyst called the metastasis results less impressive, cooling sentiment.
I don't see any other notable pre-market activity.
WHAT DID I SAY IN MY MORNING MESSAGE???
I told everyone to WATCH FOR A ROTATION OUT OF TECH STOCKS AND INTO DEFENSIVE SECTORS, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consumer staples!
I specifically called out $LLY, $UNH, and $COST, and guess what???
ALL THREE ARE PRINTING TODAY!!!
THIS IS WHAT SETS ME APART FROM EVERY OTHER TRADING SERVICE OUT THERE!
Most of these services only know how to trade tech stocks when the market is ripping higher in a bull rally.
I DON'T NEED A BULL MARKET TO MAKE MONEY!
I can trade ANY SECTOR, IN ANY MARKET CONDITION, IN EITHER DIRECTION!
Whether the market is rallying, selling off, or rotating money from one sector into another, I KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW THE MONEY AND TRADE THE ACTION!
That's the difference between someone who actually understands the market and someone who's just gambling on stocks going higher.
I'M A REAL TRADER! NOT A HUSTLER, NOT A GAMBLER!
I'M JUST A DAMN GOOD TRADER!!!
ONLY 1 RON!!!
Alright, that's a wrap for today!
The market took a beating today, with the $SPX closing down approximately 1.2% and the $NDX dropping around 3%, completely reversing yesterday's gains.
Renewed concerns about AI spending, profitability, and the massive capital pouring into AI infrastructure drove the selloff.
Following yesterday's earnings reports, $META came under heavy selling pressure as investors reacted to the company's aggressive AI investment plans and the potential impact on free cash flow.
Meanwhile, $TSLA drew a mixed reaction to its earnings, with concerns about capital expenditures and production plans weighing on sentiment despite the earnings beat.
As a result, the market shifted into risk-off mode, with AI and technology stocks taking the biggest beating.
Adding to the pressure, oil prices surged, with WTI crude climbing back above $100 per barrel due to escalating tensions in the Middle East.
Reports involving attacks on Saudi facilities and potential U.S.-Israeli actions related to Iran added to geopolitical uncertainty, raising concerns about further increases in oil prices and inflation.
But once again, WE WERE READY!!!
While the AI stocks were getting crushed, we recognized that money was rotating out of technology stocks and into more defensive sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consumer staples.
WE FOLLOWED THE MONEY AND ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT TODAY!!!
While traders heavily positioned in the AI trade were taking losses, we were capitalizing on the selloff AND the rotation into defensive sectors!
We cashed in on FIVE MORE TRIPLE-DIGIT WINNERS TODAY:
$QQQ 710 Puts → +100% GAIN
$QQQ 703 Puts → +114% GAIN
$LLY 1320 Calls → +166% GAIN
$UNH 420 Calls → +101% GAIN
$COST 1010 Calls → +100% GAIN
FIVE BIG WINNERS ON A DAY WHEN THE NASDAQ DROPPED 3%!!!
We also had $PANW calls that were up over 100% this morning, and we're still holding $NOW calls that were up more than 50%.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I CONTINUE EMPHASIZING CAPITAL PRESERVATION, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, AND FOLLOWING THE MONEY!
We understand how volatile the technology sector has become, which is why we don't overload our accounts with AI stocks and simply hope the market keeps going higher.
Instead, we pay attention to the entire stock market, sector rotation, and where institutional money is flowing.
THIS IS WHAT SETS MY SERVICE APART FROM THE OTHERS!
I don't need a bull market or a nonstop rally in semiconductor stocks to find profitable trading opportunities.
I CAN TRADE MULTIPLE SECTORS, IN EITHER DIRECTION, UNDER DIFFERENT MARKET CONDITIONS!
I'm not interested in gambling on the same semiconductor stocks week after week, taking repeated losses while waiting for one enormous winner to make up for everything.
That approach might work for traders with substantial capital who can afford to absorb significant drawdowns, but that's not how I believe you build an account consistently while managing risk.
I'd rather take the base hits, lock in profits, protect my capital, and continue building my account week after week.
Sure, we love catching those massive triple-digit winners, but we don't need to swing for a grand slam on every trade.
The goal is to stay disciplined, consistently take advantage of opportunities, and make sure our winners outweigh our losers.
THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRADING THE MARKET AND GAMBLING ON ONE SECTOR!
Looking ahead to tomorrow, we'll get the University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment report, which could provide additional insight into consumer confidence and inflation expectations.
Outside of that, geopolitical developments, oil prices, and Treasury yields will remain important factors influencing market sentiment.
With the recent volatility in AI stocks and continued uncertainty surrounding the Middle East, we could see more significant market movement tomorrow.
But as always, NO MATTER WHICH DIRECTION THE MARKET GOES, WE'LL BE READY!
WE ALWAYS ARE!
We'll continue following the money, protecting our capital, managing risk, and trading the action in front of us!
I hope everyone has a great evening! I'll see you all tomorrow!
Good Morning!
Futures are down, with ES -80 and NQ -520.
The techs are weak again, with the Nasdaq underperforming the broader market, as renewed AI spending concerns after Tesla and Meta earnings weigh on the group, while escalating Middle East tensions add to the risk-off pressure this morning.
Oil prices are holding near yesterday's high, with WTI Crude at $99 a barrel this morning.
The U.S. and Israel have reportedly prepared plans for renewed strikes on Iran after the midterm elections, according to The New York Times.
Yields are lower this morning, with the 10-Year yield at 5.06%, which is below yesterday's low of 5.08%.
$TSLA is the weakest of the Mag 7 this morning, while $AAPL looks the strongest.
The optics and neoclouds are getting hit the hardest this morning, with $LITE and $ALAB being the weakest of the optics, while $CRWV and $IREN are the weakest of the neoclouds.
Memory and chips are also weaker this morning led by a drop in $LRCX on earnings. $INTC is also one of the weaker names in the chip sector this morning.
$TSLA is down 3% after reporting Q3 earnings with roughly in-line revenue and a slight EPS beat, mainly because the company cut its 2026 capex outlook to $20B and delayed key AI robotics timelines, which raises concerns about the pace of its long-term growth plans.
$LRCX is down 7% this morning after a modest earnings beat and only slightly better guidance, with supply-chain constraints limiting the near-term outlook and China revenue expected to decline. The stock’s elevated valuation had set a high bar.
$META is trading flat this morning despite a Q3 revenue beat and solid Q4 guidance, as heavy AI capital spending concerns and weaker broader tech sentiment offset the positive results. The company also announced a new non-voting Class C stock to fund AI investments, employee compensation, and acquisitions without diluting existing shareholders’ voting power.
$IBM is down 4% this morning despite reporting a Q3 earnings beat on revenue and EPS, as cautious CEO comments on AI spending returns, a gross-margin miss, and unchanged full-year growth guidance outweighed the results.
$LMT is up 3% after beating Q3 expectations with $7.97 EPS and $20.7B sales, raising its 2026 outlook, reporting a record $292B backlog, and announcing a multiyear F-35 production framework.
The pharmaceutical, healthcare, and consumer staple sectors are positive this morning. Those are the "safer" sectors we see money rotate into when risk assets (AI/tech stocks) sell off.
We may see another rotation into those sectors today, so keep an eye on $LLY, $UNH, and $COST.

Good Morning!
Futures are up, with ES +20 and NQ +173.
There is renewed strength in tech this morning, with the Nasdaq outperforming the broader market.
Strong Q3 earnings results from $SPCX are boosting sentiment in AI stocks, along with an updated preliminary outlook from $SMCI showing better than expected sales.
This is easing investor concerns around the heavy spending and profitability of the AI trade.
The neoclouds and optics are leading the tech stocks this morning as the purest high beta plays on AI data center infrastructure.
Oil prices are edging higher, with WTI Crude back over $100 a barrel on Middle East supply disruption fears.
The 10 Year yield is at 5.12% this morning, slightly below yesterday’s high of 5.14%.
$SPCX is up 8% this morning after reporting a strong Q3 beat, with $14.6 billion in revenue and its AI segment generating $7.6 billion and turning profitable.
$CRDO is up 6% this morning, leading the bounce in AI connectivity and optics names as one of the higher-beta plays reacting to the renewed AI optimism.
$BE and $VRT are both up around 4% this morning as high beta AI data center power plays, riding the bounce in AI sentiment after the SpaceX and Super Micro updates. Both report earnings soon, with $BE on Thursday and $VRT next week.
$SMCI is up 12% this morning after raising its preliminary Q1 revenue outlook to $18.5–$19.5 billion, well above prior guidance and estimates, on stronger AI server demand.
$DELL is up 5% this morning, riding the same AI server demand signal as a direct competitor of $SMCI.
The next major catalyst will be $META and $TSLA, which both report earnings later today
$BE could be one of biggest beneficiaries of Elon Musk's comments on $SPCX earnings call that power, cooling and electrical infrastructure are "somewhat of a limiting factor" for scaling AI compute with critical turbine parts facing 12–18 month delays.
Thats huge for Bloom since its fuel cells generate power directly at data center without turbine blades or years-long grid connections which could bring billions of dollars of idle GPUs online faster.
The AI stocks are moving higher after hours.
$SMCI updated its outlook for the quarter that just ended, saying sales will be much higher than it previously expected because of strong AI server demand.
$SPCX reported actual results that beat Wall Street estimates.
This helps ease investor concerns and shows the AI spending turning into actual profits, which is exactly what this sector needs.
Good Morning!
Futures are down, with ES -12 and NQ -170.
The small caps are leading this morning, with the Russell outperforming both the Nasdaq and S&P 500.
Tech stocks are weaker this morning as a sharp drop in South Korea’s market, led by AI and chip names, is spilling over into U.S. tech sentiment and reviving investor concerns about AI spending and financing costs, compounded by higher oil prices.
Oil prices are moving higher, with WTI Crude back above $100, after the recent Houthi attacks on Saudi energy sites and ongoing vessel attacks in the Strait of Hormuz that are keeping supply disruption fears elevated.
The 10-Year Treasury yield is holding around 5.12%, which is above yesterday's low of 5.05% and below the high of 5.15%.
$MSFT and $AMZN are leading the Mag 7 this morning.
The neoclouds are back under pressure again this morning, and they appear to be the weakest of the techs, with $NBIS and $CRWV down more than 4%.
Software is the strongest of the techs this morning, with $NOW leading those names.
Money looks to be rotating out of tech and into the defensive ("safer") sectors this morning like healthcare, pharma, and consumer staples. Keep an eye on $UNH, $LLY, and $COST.
$MMM is up 3% after expanding its agreement to supply Amazon with data center connectivity products and partnering with Taiwan’s Genius Electronic Optical to develop and manufacture Expanded Beam Optical solutions for data center connectivity applications.
I don't see any other notable pre-market activity.
Cboe is launching extended hours for about 29 high-volume option classes.
