#optiplan#kitchens quality control is appalling. £17K kitchen (supply only!) delivered with 4 scratched doors, 1 door missing altogether, a mark in the sink, the wrong upstands; and their delivery boys damaged a wall which they refused to take responsibility for. #buyerbeware
This is Optiplan Kitchens’ measure of quality. I received 4 scratched doors, it took 2 months for replacements to arrive, and it’s up to me to arrange fitting at my expense. Uncaring Customer Service team with no word of apology. Think twice before buying from #optiplan#kitchens
Optiplan Kitchens' marketing team missed a trick by not obtaining the brand's primary social media account name, allowing a disgruntled customer to register it! @DragonJones walked away from an investment for this very thing in last night's #dragonsden
"Hand crafted" with images of craftsmen with tools is bending the truth somewhat. I suspect it's closer to "hand assembled by unskilled staff". I do not believe they manufacture anything, but buy everything in. Assemble flatpack?, maybe. Manufacture? No. https://t.co/0uiT0JfXZ5.

@AjSM10 Clearly not! We were sold our dream kitchen; the survey literally left my wife in tears!; and the after sales service is the worst I have ever experienced in any industry! Watch this space for public naming and shaming!
When your customer service is so bad, and you piss your customer off so much, you should expect them to take to social media. Imagine my delight to find that Optiplan Kitchens had not even taken the twitter account @OptiplanKitchen ! Now everyone will know how bad they really are
