I understand how frustrating this situation would be, especially after already speaking with both our digital and frontline support teams. If there's a known outage affecting your area, I appreciate that waiting without a clear restoration timeframe can be incredibly disappointing.
While some faults can take longer to resolve depending on their complexity, I recognise that doesn't make the lack of updates any easier. We'd like to take another look at your service and provide the latest information available.
Please send us a Direct Message with your service details, so we can investigate further and check for any updates on the fault affecting your area.
Thanks for your patience.

Hi Kris, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. If your mobile number is registered under your employer's name, your employer will need to complete a Change of Ownership request to transfer the service to you.
If your employer has already submitted the request and would like an update, please send us a DM and we'll gladly look into it for you. Aman
Hi Jithin, thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can understand how disappointing that would be, especially after receiving an order confirmation.
We'd like the opportunity to review what happened with your order and check whether there's any additional information available regarding the shipment timeframe. Please send us a Direct Message with your device specifications, and we'll take a closer look for you.

Sorry if you feel that way. I realise that a price increase, no matter the amount, can be stressful. There's information available on → https://t.co/gI74SCwVpH which can still be accessed even if you are out of credit or your recharge has expired.
We appreciate your loyalty as an Optus customer. If you would like, I can review the impact to you and check what options are available. Please send us a direct message to proceed - Kartik

Hi Alok, I'm sorry to hear that you're frequently experiencing poor connectivity whilst commuting on the metro in NSW.
You’ll find that this is a common issue when travelling, due to the constant switching between mobile towers. This can be made worse when your device is also switching between 4G and 5G, or if you’re in an area with limited tower coverage.
Essentially, your phone begins downloading packets of data, but the process is interrupted as you move out of one tower’s range and into another. Whilst work is continually being carried out to improve the network, we hope to see situations like this become less frequent.
If you have any further questions, please DM us. We're a 24/7 team here on Social Media and are happy to assist.
