@BenevolusLeland Loper-Bright rejects deference but doesn’t actually reject any of the premises that lead to deference. And empirically, agencies have won as much post loper-bright as before. My thesis should be published soon and I very much look forward to sharing.

It feels like every day I see a new story about rising median LSAT scores. I can’t prove it, but I think that is directly correlated with my blood pressure.

@ClarenceMaximus Actually, everything I could think of was bad but not unconstitutional! Flock makes it easier for the government to generate lists of enemies, but the misuse of that data is the real problem.
