🚨 OJO: JUEZ DEL ANTIGUO PODER JUDICIAL RECHAZÓ 23 ÓRDENES DE APREHENSIÓN CONTRA RED DE HUACHICOL FISCAL

Un juez vinculado al antiguo esquema del Poder Judicial rechazó un total de 23 órdenes de aprehensión que habían sido solicitadas contra una presunta red dedicada al huachicol fiscal, una de las prácticas que más ha golpeado las finanzas públicas en los últimos años. Esta decisión ha generado indignación, ya que se trata de un delito que implica el desvío millonario de recursos mediante evasión y contrabando de combustibles.
