@virginmedia I have done all those checks, it shows everything is fine. However, if I go to contact Technical Support the online test fails and puts me through to a so-called Tech Support person. A new modem was installed around October, but after a few weeks that started to fail.

@virginmedia - Two engineers later! Useless Indian Call Center, they are not even qualified! No qualifications = cheap labor! Hence, useless - same thing every time reset your modem or we'll send you a file! Idiots!! Have no idea what the problem is! #LeaveVirgin

@virginmedia Normally we have a download of around 385Mb, the problem affects both wired and wireless. The checks I have done are on both. I have reset the modem to factory default, normal reset does nothing whatsoever - the speed stays the same approx 70Mb. No outages in the area!

@virginmedia Simple I have had broadband issues that started before Christmas. Had an Engineer out, the speed held for a few hours then that was it, back down to 70Mb approx! Technical Support just tell me to do the same darn things, they are not even qualified to do their jobs.

Last night showed JC who wanted to stay neutral (wrong move!) LOST! We wanted out of the EU. LibDem's well they had no chance with their manifesto.
