I do not personally get too excited about isolated garden variety squamous papillomas with regards to this but when they start to look like the attached case I make a condyloma comment.

37 yo male with multiple tongue nodules. This case is a shout out to Steven Vincent, DDS, MS, who helped me do my first biopsy and subsequently reviewed the slides with me on a very similar case in 2014.
