@AmexBusiness Well this is just disappointing it has been one week since we chatted and well over one month trying to resolve a simple technical issue. No one has assisted.
@AmexBusiness We have called three subsequent times and was even promised a call back by this past Saturday regarding not being able to add employee credit cards to any of my four accounts. This issue has been going on for over a month and we need it rectified.

@AmexBusiness We chatted and was told someone would get back to me. No one has this seems to be the new norm. I am simply need access to add authorized card users in all business accounts. Very sad service
@AmexBusiness Yes they are us issued cards. Your teams are incompetent. People say they will resolve it and they say they will call me back but nothing.

@emo_jamie_dimon I have been attempting to get a second round PPP loan and have spent a total of 13 hours on hold to get no answers as to where my manual application is in the process. This is disheartening as a struggling restaurant relying on your bank for help. Please assist.
@ChaseforBiz countless hours on hold to get no where. Not have a direct person to interact with through the process. They removed all local bankers this round which were the only help last time. They should be ashamed at how this has been handled. Adding more stress.

9. Manual application process was forced by chase and not held in appropriate order
