@libejsng11 Con la vitD si sentí cambio, pero ningun suplemento de b12 me hizo efecto hasta que me inyecté neurobionta. Almenos yo tengo problemas para absorver la b12 asi que aunque suplemente mil, no me hace el efecto que la inyección u_u
