⚠️ What if you broke your man?

You can’t constantly criticize and tear down a man and still expect him to stay confident in his leadership.
Over time, he may stop stepping up not because he’s weak, but because he’s exhausted from the conflict.
Sometimes what looks like “loss of leadership” is really emotional burnout from not feeling supported. ❤️
