@Milliehtu6 It’s a Flour sifter. Turn the hand crank on the side. That turns the rounded metal piece showing in the top. The metal piece we goes around and scrapes a fine screen in bottom.

Dump in the flour, turn the crank and out comes finely sifted flour.

@Irina_exh Grinds up stuff, rotate the handle on the right, a person would shove whatever you are grinding in the cone shaped thing on top & the ground up stuff comes out the opening on the left. The screw thing on the bottom mounts it to a table or counter.
