Today's dishes were off the scales! ππ Our Chalet Cooks and Orchards Course students have been making delicate cod, Spiced Mackerel & Watercress Salad packed with flavour π₯ Rich sticky Toffee Pudding, oozing with toffee sauce, along with many other yummy treats! π
A couple of this week's highlights. β¨ An Insightful wine tasting session with the brilliant @vinneuf Independent Wine Merchants , where our Chalet Cooks had the opportunity to taste some carefully selected wines. π· And our bakers and their fabulous cakes! ππ°
Today our Chalet Cooks made Stuffed Chicken & a vibrant Watercress & Halloumi Salad before an afternoon of decorating & icing cakes using their @Magimix food processors in preparation for the novelty cake competition! π° Meanwhile, beautifully carved Apple Swans appeared. π¦’β¨
Today, our Chalet Cooks enjoyed a tasty lunch out in the sunshine, between the showers! βοΈπ§οΈ They've been busy perfecting their plating skills, mastering rolled roulades, and perfecting the art of pan-frying Sea Bass! ππ
A new week is underway and it's off to a delicious start! π Our Chalet Cooks have been busy in their kitchens making lots of yummy dishes, including Duck Breast in Wild Berry Sauce, Bailey's & Chocolate Mousse and some lovely cakes for afternoon tea! π«
