Evita juicios paralelos lentos y politizados que desprotegen a policías frente al crimen (Tren de Aragua, extorsiones).
- Lesa humanidad: Precisa definiciones (ataque sistemático con política de Estado) para evitar abusos retroactivos. No borra responsabilidades.

Perú vive inseguridad récord. Proteger a quienes enfrentan delincuentes no es abuso, es sentido común. Vincularlo a "Fujimori impune" es puro miedo post-electoral. La verdadera impunidad es la de los criminales.
