Go to settings of core and up memory to the max your system allows. Lets say you have a 8gb system, set the memory limit to 6000mb

If on windows, go to task manager and head to "details". Right click on the core application and set its priority to "real-time"

@ScrillaVentura The biggest bottleneck in syncing is not internet speed, its ram. Fast internet is useful in the start/middle of the sync but towards the ends you'll be far more reliant on ram.
