Has anyone known @forduk do a good will payment towards a wet belt failure? When I bought my van the warranty was 10 years / 150000 miles. Apparently @forduk have changed it due to it not being fit for purpose to now 6 years / 100000 miles. I had no correspondence from them
Just asking @forduk to show some goodwill to a loyal customer? Not to pay for the belt I will do this but to replace the pump what has gone and nearly cause an accident when my breaks failed all down to the inadequate wet belt system.
Isn't this like agreeing to a contract then not fulfilling it? My van is 2018 so is just over the 6 years but is way below the 100000 miles. Been serviced as per @forduk guidance with genuine Ford parts. I am told it will be about 2k to replace the belt and pump etc.
@YorkKnightsFan@WTrinityRL York did rattle us today you're right. But Moore was poor full stop, very inconsistent imo york were lying on slowing down the ruck and we got nothing and you got a few penalties for us allegedly doing the same. Fair play as I say to york and you won't be far off nxt yr
