@DrLukeHunter@swfoto OMG Luke, I had no idea Howard was ill! I cannot tell you how sad this makes me. Howard of course was an early mentor, and always extremely generous with his time. He was a true champion of big cat conservation. RIP Howard, we will always remember you as the leader you were.
@ArjDheer Arjun, just curious...are you more interested in the 'carbon footprint' of different wildlife species, or more in their valuation in a carbon-based trading and financial framework? The latter is more where we are pioneering new ideas and soon looking for investors.
@ArjDheer Hey Arjun. This is exactly what we do at SPECIES. Our work leads to the development of new brands, new tech innovation, and novel socioeconomic frameworks. We are developing a companion start-up pursuing new for-profit business models that can fund new projects and enterprises.
@ArjDheer Go get'm Arjun! Haha. Why so many people are scared of critical thinking skills is beyond me. But please, send me a link about DeFi if you have one? Is that a more sustainable cryptocurrency? I'd like to know more.
Caught on camera - an African golden cat in Chinko, CAR. Endemic to the rainforests of West & Central Africa, this Vulnerable species is threatened by habitat loss & the illegal wildlife trade, making well managed protected areas, like Chinko, essential for its long-term survival
@DNNACGM11 hi Carlos! Happy to chat with you about our Chaco Jaguar Conservation Project. We have the largest transboundary scope and mission focused on jaguars across the Gran Chaco, from Bolivia through Paraguay into north Argentina. Pls email me at: [email protected]
