Firstly, I haven't seen the video and I don't intend to watch same.
I reiterate that watching, and sharing, of same, is promoting Child Pornography and it is a crime.

The government needs to enforce a child protection policy, School needs to adequately implement this policy, Parents need to provide a structure that nurtures the well-being of a child and society should provide a healthy environment and culture.
