This lady is driving down a stretch of road on St. Louis St. in Springfield, Missouri.

She is driving exactly 30
Mph and as she does so the rumble strips create the melody of “America The Beautiful”. This just opened up recently.

The song was chosen as a tribute to America’s open road, the spirit of Route 66 and the upcoming celebration of the country’s 250th anniversary. ❤️🇺🇸

The whole point of having two forms of egress is to have distance between them. If theyre separated, you have 2 options. If theyre right next to each other, you have 1. And this saves no space. This requires stairwells to be longer. Normally you have one switchback per floor. You can only group them as tightly as headspace allows. There is no genius behind this concept.
