@elonmusk This is what happens when services aren't publicly owned. The private companies take over and make a fortune and the ones at the top rake in the cash, not to mention the huge pensions they get when they retire.

Today, we celebrate what would have been the 120th birthday of Reginald Dixon, "Mr. Blackpool," iconic for his Wurlitzer mastery and Blackpool Tower Ballroom residency.
He recorded with us many times in the 1940s, making use of Studio One's Compton organ.

@RoyalFamily Absolutely loved her in The Lady in the Van. A real gem of a film and she makes it what it is. RIP Maggie, we thought you would be around forever.
One of the greatest theatre organ recordings of the 1930s is this take of "Somebody Stole My Gal" from Reg Dixon at the Tower Ballroom Wurlitzer in Blackpool. #music#blackpool#wurlitzer#organ#shellac#78rpm

@elonmusk Well if we are continually being hit by false information peddlers like yourself, maybe they wouldn't feel they needed to be pushed into doing that. Your just sat there trolling the gullible for entertainment.

@Simbara31113467@DylanBurns1776@elonmusk Inflation is or was high in many countries, the UK was up at 11%. Turkey have something like 80%. High inflation isn't and has not been a solely American issue.
@3YearLetterman@greg16676935420@elonmusk You invented freedom?! You can't walk along a road in the US without being arrested for Jay walking. You can't walk across the countryside without trespassing on farmland. In Scotland, we can.
@Bradford_Live@HeritageFundNOR Amazing to see the building come back to life, it's such a shame that so much of the original auditorium has been lost because that was show stopping. Maybe someday in the future it can. But what an achievement in bringing this place back to life.

@DavidLenno71609 @CliveRhymester You do know that fumes condense at lower temperatures? Plus those photos were taken in the UK, the weather changes more often in 1 day than you change your underwear in a week. I'm surprised they got a photo of blue sky.
