We did it! 🏆 We’re thrilled to announce that the Ontario Labour Relations Board (OLRB) issued the certificate confirming the unionized status of UWaterloo Graduate TAs and RAs!

2023 was an incredible year for the OrganizeUW union drive campaign! Check out the highlights below.
We kicked off the year with the UW Sessional Instructors officially receiving their union certificate and continued our campaign to unionize UW Graduate TAs and RAs.
supporting cross campus organizing, attending the UW Climate Justice rally, and uniting against campus violence by supporting the Student Solidarity Festival.
