🦾 Our thermoformer is crossing the Atlantic, having departed Hamburg, Germany for NYC.
🦾 Line 5 will join Lines 1, 2, and 4 at our Reed City Group manufacturing center in Michigan. (Line 3 → Netherlands)
➡️ Lines 1-5 have completed Factory Acceptance Testing
➡️ Line 6 Factory Acceptance Test is scheduled for January (thermoforming unit only, slitting/vision already done)
➡️ Line 1 is operational in Reed City, Michigan
➡️ Lines 2-4 will be starting up through Q1 2026

CapFormer shipping update. This week, Line 6 slitting and vision systems arrived in the United States via airfreight as part of our Michigan manufacturing capability build out.

Do we post every time we fulfill a customer order? We do not. But even though it's early days, with just our first CapFormer line in production, we're excited to share this progress with you, as we deliver the world's first commercially scalable PET closures to the marketplace.
