@LondonMarathon Hardest thing I’ve done in a long time. I cried when I finished and I never cry, my kids always tell me.
Thanks to everyone involved in making in happen from the organisers to the kids on the street handing out Haribo, it all made a difference 🙌🏼
@LondonMarathon What a guy. As much as this is a physical challenge you have some very hard conversations with yourself on the way round. Respect to everyone
Friday nights used to involve getting smashed in the Rubber Soul singing @BonJovi and @robbiewilliams songs on @PeteCityPrice karaoke.
Then getting a 30” pizza on the way home.
Tonight I’m taking an ice bath before watching Crufts with the kids 🤪
A miracle weight loss jab does not change a persons habits, attitude or work ethic.
It is tough to make that positive change when you have to put yourself out there and basically admit you haven’t looked after yourself.
But tough it is, deal with it and move on.
Offering a ‘weight loss’ injection and then highlighting it as headline news in the media is all a part of the problem.
Having seen every type of person as a coach for over 10yrs there is nothing that can compete with moving more, eating better, sleeping well and recovering.
⚠️5 MARATHONS⚠️
We completed this yesterday and met our initial target.
We’d love to get this to £6,500 now which is the amount it takes to run the hospice for ONE DAY.
Anything you can give will be appreciated
