@flyairpeace You guys should do better with your customer service. Was flying with my wife and selected seats next to each other. Also checked in online and the boarding pass showed same selected seats, only to be far separated when we got to the check-in counter.
@flyunitedng It's obvious the flight was overbooked because the plane was entirely filled and yet passengers who came on time were waiting and not allowed to check in or board. Even @FAAN_Official staff tried to intervene but they did nothing.
@flyunitedng There should be another category for unfair treatment of passengers. Despite arriving an hour before my flight and showing your staff YOUR EMAIL, which states CHECK IN COUNTER CLOSES 45 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE, I was refused boarding. @flyunitedng you guys should do better!

@Starlink I would advise anyone buying @Starlink to not just confirm coverage but capacity before purchasing the equipment. I'm an old customer who recently moved to a new location with supposed coverage. After setting up, I was unable to change my service location because I was told....
