मेरी ओला स्कूटी पिछले 11 महीनों से सर्विस सेंटर में खड़ी है, लेकिन आज तक उसकी मरम्मत नहीं की गई है। कई बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद केवल आश्वासन दिया गया, कोई समाधान नहीं मिला। इस लापरवाही के कारण मुझे भारी परेशानी और आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ है.

कंपनी जब स्कूटर बेचती है, तब बड़े-बड़े वादे करती है। लेकिन जब ग्राहक को सर्विस की जरूरत पड़ती है, तब उसे महीनों तक इंतजार कराया जाता है।
Ola Electric, ग्राहकों का धैर्य कमजोरी नहीं है। ग्राहक सम्मान चाहता है, समय पर सेवा चाहता है और अपने पैसे की कीमत चाहता है।

हम मांग करते हैं:
हमारी स्कूटर तुरंत ठीक करके दी जाए या बदली जाए।
हुए आर्थिक और मानसिक नुकसान का उचित मुआवजा दिया जाए।
ग्राहकों के साथ सम्मानजनक व्यवहार किया जाए।

🚨 90 DAYS. ZERO ACCOUNTABILIT🚨

My Ola scooter was stuck at the service center for 90 days.

For 3 months:
❌ Emails ignored
❌ No proper updates
❌ No accountability
❌ No resolution

Only after my posts started getting reach was the scooter finally repaired.

But the most shocking part?

At delivery, I was pressured to delete my videos/posts before taking my scooter back.

Imagine keeping a customer’s vehicle for 90 days and then worrying more about social media posts than the customer’s suffering.

Even after 90 days:

❌ No warranty extension
❌ No ownership of the mistake
