@Deekloyalist Sign was fine before the march (which goes past our house) and defaced after. The connection couldn’t be more obvious 😂
83% of residents in the street voted in favour of the sign when sent a letter by the city council to vote 🤷🏼♀️
Wouldn’t be there if not wanted.
10 years ago today my wee daddy celebrated his last birthday alive. He would be 52 today.
He had a special appreciation for the good things in life. I feel lucky to carry that with me.
His ginormous presence is missed everyday.
Breithlá Shona daddy. Grá always ❤️🩹

It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of our former player and lifelong member Brian Austin.
We extend our deepest sympathies to the entire Austin family.

“When Limerick played Tipperary and they weren’t to wear the sponsor jersey, that for me would have been my moment of the year. And it is in a way that Limerick and Tipp, they still wore their (Dillon Quirke Foundation) training gear for warm-ups.
“We said it at the day, it was a bit of a disgrace that the GAA did not allow them to support because Dillon Quirke gave his life to the GAA.
“That for me was a wrong thing by the GAA this year, and it should it should be highlighted here tonight and even further afield again.
“That young fella lost his life on the hurling pitch, on that pitch in Thurles, and what they done to the foundation, the family, the disrespect they showed by not allowing that . . . and in fairness to both Limerick and Tipperary, they done themselves proud that night.”
This is my severely disabled daughter Lilia when she was age 4 & in pre-school.
It is little shoulders like these, those of our most severely disabled children, that are expected to bear the weight & brunt of the latest education cuts due to political failure & disfunction here.
Thanks to @_MickyP_ for facilitating an excellent sports psychology session with our senior camogs. It was a tremendous insight into how success on the pitch needs to be complimented with many other factors off it. We aim to cover all bases in our quest for success this year!
