@JagexSupport hello, my appeal for rwt(buyer) was denied and i have proof it was a swap from rs3 to osrs and idk why it was denied. that makes me think that your just banning whoever gets gold in osrs without hard evidence. rsn rex orlin

@JagexSupport @RuneScape I've recovered my account but i wanted u guys to check how and what happen and if i can recover what it was lost it even had bank pin and some how they just put it in retro mode and got into my bank, first time this happens i've been playing for like 5+ years nothing
