Visionary Collegiates,
Thank you for believing in me and placing your trust in me. Your love, support, encouragement, and every vote were the driving force behind this victory.
Adetayo Joy Oluwatosin,
39th Students' Union Vice President COHS Elect.
This evening, I met with my opponent, Adamz OT, for the position of PRO. We had a meaningful discussion on how we can better ensure effective communication within our University community. We shared ideas and initiatives geared towards promoting clear and timely dissemination of information to all.
It was nice having you around, bro❤️. Enjoy✨️ 🤝
Efficient Unilorites,
Thank you for every vote, and every believer in SKY. Though this chapter ends differently, the vision remains. SKY was never just a campaign; it was the greatest story of an uncrowned king.
Congratulations to @hoye_Oba001 give us a more social campus.
@Adamz_OT@OluseyeEmm29616 Politics is not a do-or-die affair. It is a platform for service, leadership, and the exchange of ideas. Win or lose, integrity and respect should always come first.
Over the past two weeks, somehow, my timeline has been inundated with tweets related to the @UnilorinNGR Student Union election which concluded yesterday with the emergence of @TheAdamMozeed as the 39th @UilStudentUnion President-elect.
What stood out to me, however, was the impressive campaign carried out by the majority of the aspirants, particularly in the quality deployment of digital media communication and the maturity that drove conversation among supporters. The organisation of the election to a large extent aligns with electoral best practices that should be emulated by other institutions.
As someone who understands the huge responsibility that comes with student leadership, having served as the 19th General Secretary of @OfficialAAUASU, I strongly believe it is only reasonable for students to put aside differences created by the election process and maintain a unifying force.
On this note, I congratulate the entire #Unilorites and wish you all a successful administration.
Auspicious Unilorites,
I am genuinely grateful for every vote cast, every voice that carried our message, and every Unilorite who believed that something better was possible. You reminded me why this campus is worth fighting for.
To the incoming administration, congratulations, the work is yours now. Serve well, and I believe our Union is in safe hands.
As for me, the Auspicious Legacy was never just a campaign. It was a commitment. And that commitment does not end here.
Thank you, Unilorites. Truly, it's not a bye bye but see you again.
11,000+ votes. Countless sacrifices. Endless support.🥹
While the result was not what we hoped for, my heart is filled with gratitude. Thank you to everyone who believed in this vision and stood with me throughout this journey.
Service Beyond Self remains my commitment. ✨❤️
MOST RELIABLE UNILORITES,
Thank you for your trust, your votes, and your belief in me.
Mandate has been given.
Responsibility has been accepted.
Let's make welfare FELT, not announced. 💜
BABAITA AMINAT OLOHUNWA (S.H.E)
39th SU Welfare Secretary-Elect (PS), University of Ilorin
Ideation was 11 days ago.
Action was made when the ban was lifted 12,928 votes. To lose by a 156 votes
Campaigns are usually won through time and resources. Mine had neither — only conviction and people willing to believe. That margin isn't the footnote; it's the headline.

Zeed is being presented as the “experienced” candidate.
But experience only matters when it shows up as consistent service to students, not just visibility during election season.
This video just reeks of desperacy to emerge. He's addressing Unilorites like he was not part of the current administration where everything failed.
If he had all these solutions, why wasn't it suggested then. Unilorites are not falling for this!.
You can't be a real SU President without your plans aligning with the VC's. The SU isn't some opposition party , you're operating inside the system with zero real power if management isn't backing you. Calling it "copying" is just cap. Smart ones align, then push their Agenda.
I’ve been waiting for this conversation since but due to the fact that my words are limited. Permit me to use this attached image to speak.
