OSA plans to publish a selection of conference papers for the purpose of informing policy makers, humanitarian organizations, governments, and civil society organizations of documented conditions in the Horn where programs, policy and funding are carried out.

OSA will be hosting a hybrid (in-person & virtual) conference in Berlin, Germany on Mar. 18-19, 2023 on "Building toward Stability in the Face of Violence, Turmoil, & Disinformation in the Horn of Africa." Call for papers is attached below.
To be considered to present at the mid-year conference, please submit your abstract by the deadline of January 31, 2023 to [email protected]. If accepted, the deadline to submit a final policy paper is February 28, 2023.
