The cost of living & land are very high & there are likely not enough Orthodox Christians for a full parish community right now, but it is a beautiful place for 1 or 2 monastics to set up quietly & offer the Divine Liturgy for those who regularly travel to the area. There is not a single Orthodox parish or monastery within 2.5 hours of Aspen/the Valley so there is definitely a need 🙏🏻📿☦️
