Delighted to announce that the final fundraising amount for this year's Charity: Asthma UK was £1205.82. We are pleased, given that we were competing with the World Cup! Thank you to all involved. We now hand over to Jessica Breen who is next year's May Queen. Denise And Jazmin.
What an amazing afternoon for Jazz' last event as Orpington May Queen 2018. Thank you all so much for making her year so special. Have a great summer everyone.
Very proud of our girls today who danced so beautifully in the scorching heat. Thank you so much for coming to support our last fundraiser at the Chelsfield Village Fete. Look forward to seeing you at our last event next Sunday, 15th July at All Saints' Church at 3pm.
Another fabulous day for the Orpington MayQueen Group with two events: St Martin's, Chelsfield & St Christopher's Food Fest, GSG! The girls, as always, danced beautifully. Well done and thank you to all involved. Our next event is at Chelsfield Fair on 7th July. See you there!
The weather wasn't so kind for us today! Fortunately, it stayed dry for us to parade at Pratt's Bottom. Unfortunately, I didn't at Hayes so the parade was cancelled although the ceremony still went ahead inside the church. Thanks to all who attended and/or supported our stall.
What a fantastic day today at Pett's Wood May Fayre. All the girls looked so beautiful and danced superbly in spite of the heat! Bumped into a VIP too! See you next Saturday at Pratt's Bottom for the parade before we head off to the Crowning of the London May Queen!
What a wonderful day Jazmin had at her Crowning as the Orpington May Queen 2018 on Saturday 5th May. Thank you to all that have supported her and made the day so special.
Great fun night @fivebellspub last night for our charity firewalk. Thank you to everyone for supporting us & helping to raise nearly £2,000 and rising 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Please note that the AGM tonight has been postponed due to the weather and will now be held next Thursday at the same time and place. Sorry for any inconvenience.
The lovely Vicki of @LadyBugFPC is doing a firewalk raising much needed funds for local charity @BromleyMencap on 24th Feb in #Orpington. Could you possible spare £5? Visit her donation page at https://t.co/zZJ5cHIQaI to find out more #BeckBromFL
This week is #ChildrensGriefAwareness Week (16-22 Nov) and we’re reminding bereaved children, young people and their families that #YoureNotAlone https://t.co/SNpr7GkYvQ
Coming together as a group and hearing other people’s stories often helps bereaved young people connect with each other and feel less alone. It also shows them that there is support available out there #YoureNotAlone#ChildrensGriefAwarenessWeek
