I’m hoping people in Japan can help me. A young man from Alabama is missing in Kyoto Japan. His name is James Weston Higginbotham. He is 20 years old. He has blue eyes and blonde hair. Height 186cm. His ears are pierced. He was last seen May 29th at the Kohnan hardware store in Kyoto at nighttime. It’s believed that he may have gotten on a train after that. He is emotionally distressed and the police have asked to be contacted if someone confirms his location.
