Being able to read and write with ease is something most of us simply take for granted. However, this is a problem that affects from 15-20% of the world’s population, making their lives more difficult each and every day.

Orton Academy provides your child with instruction delivered by a highly qualified Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT). CALTs provide diagnostic, explicit, systematic multi-sensory structured language intervention.

Dr. Lynne Fitzhugh, Executive Director & President at OA, works closely with Dr. Anna Middleton, dyslexia Research Scientist at Scottish Rite for Children (SRC). SRC publishes Take Flight: A Comprehensive Intervention for Students with Dyslexia, the curriculum used by OA.
