And one more thing, even if there comes a time when some companies actually replace people with AI, that itself is enough reason to thank God and to be grateful you didn’t work with them. That kind of mindset says a lot about them. Choosing AI over humans out of laziness or lack of creativity? 😂 Honestly even if you ended up working there instead of AI you’d probably hate the day you decided to join them anyway
I’ve been seeing these posts a lot lately, and I’ve been wanting to talk about this for so long. I used to not be convinced at all that AI would take our place or our jobs (and honestly I’m still not fully convinced). But if we think about it logically, with the level of AI we’re seeing right now, for it to actually take your job is pretty much impossible, unless you’re still a beginner (and even then, that’s not really an excuse to stop improving). But back to the point, if you really think about it, AI only took a few years to reach a level of work that many of us were doing 10 years ago. And it’s evolving insanely fast (like that Will Smith spaghetti video for example). So for it to reach the level of quality and precision we’re doing now, maybe it needs another 3–5 years? And by the time it gets there, we’ll have already moved ahead again. So honestly I don’t really get what people are so worried about. The human touch isn’t going anywhere and it’ll always be there. No company can truly function without real people!
All I can say is the best way to benefit from AI right now is to use it as a tool. I don’t see anything wrong with that. Use it for assets you can’t find or to generate concepts you can build ideas from. It can help you visualize what’s in your head when you can’t fully bring it to life yet. Other than that I don’t really see AI as something dangerous or worth worrying about
