🚨 One of the biggest mistakes I made in trading

As a trader, there comes a time where different things would happen to you all at once. you'd delebrate whether you should continue learning or not

you'd experience one problem after another.
you'd revenge trade, chase huge wins at once. You won't know what's happening

One of the biggest mistake ive made was "revenge trading"
There was a time I lost a trade and instead of closing my laptop and accepting it… I stayed.
I told myself, “Just one more trade, I’ll recover it.”

one trade became two.
Two became five.
Before I knew it, I had lost way more than I planned to.

The painful part wasn’t even the money.
It was sitting there afterwards, staring at my screen, knowing deep down that most of the loss came from me refusing to stop.

Nobody talks enough about how trading can mess with your emotions.

the pressure. the hope. the frustration and the urge to make back what you lost immediately.

That mistake taught me something important:
A bad trading day doesn’t destroy accounts.
Emotional decisions do.

Now, whenever I’m angry, frustrated, or desperate to “make it back,” I step away.
Because sometimes discipline looks like doing absolutely nothing.
