The wounded child, Yazan Muhannad Abu Ghiyab (from the Maghazi camp), appeals to human conscience and all international medical organizations to save what is left of his sight.
Yazan was shot by Israeli occupation forces while he and his father went to the “Netzarim” area during the severe days of famine to secure humanitarian aid. As a result of this direct targeting, he completely lost his left eye and is now facing the threat of total blindness in his right eye, which requires urgent surgical intervention abroad.
Although Yazan has obtained an official medical referral from the World Health Organization (WHO) for treatment abroad, he has been deprived of traveling for an entire year, with no response or actual action taken to save his future and his sight.
