If you’re a Ratel and you support Peter Okoye, keep supporting him. I’m fine with it. I’m not creating followers who just agree with everything. We’re raising people who think for themselves. That’s the kind of Nigeria we want.

Your mother fried akara and roasted corn on the roadside to send you to university so that you will have a far better future and never have to one day sit on the same roadside to fry akara and send your own children to school.
She did it for you,
So that you will not have to do the same.
It is bad enough that the cursed lunatic politicians in power are wishing this for you, it is worse that you wish this for yourself.
If your greatest aspiration in life after a university degree is to sell akara on coastal highway after your mother sold akara on the roadside to send you to school, your entire education was a waste and her efforts are in vain.
Again, your mother did it for you,
So that you will not have to do the same.
On “malaria and typhoid” scam in Nigeria, pls kindly read this and share to everyone you care about.
First things first;
The vast majority of “malaria and typhoid tests” done in Nigeria (especially that popular ‘MP Widal’ test) is a COMPLETE SCAM and an elaborate fraudulent scheme to defraud you while hospitals make money from your ignorance.
Yeah. I’ve said this many times.
And I will say it again:
Pls STOP doing “malaria and typhoid test” IF you are well and feel healthy. The common “widal test” done for typhoid is a largely useless and nonspecific test.
Also routine malaria testing is a useless exercise in a country like Nigeria where malaria is endemic because almost everybody has the malaria parasite in their system- but not everybody needs any treatment as long as they are well and fine in themselves.
The actual cold brutal truth is that many people suffer from some degree of hypochondriasis (which is a health anxiety condition where you persistently believe strongly that something is ‘wrong’ with your body and that you have an undiagnosed illness EVEN THOUGH you are actually well and fine in yourself).
This makes you keep going to hospitals who then exploit your illness anxiety, make you pay for tests you don’t need and end up giving antimalaria and antibiotics medicines you don’t need to treat an illness that only exists in your imagination. This is why some of you keep “treating malaria and typhoid” every month and it never goes away.
You know why? You never had any malaria or typhoid that needs treating. What you need is to STOP doing unnecessary tests and STOP spending you don’t have to treat a malaria that doesn’t exist. And if this persistent health anxiety is overwhelming for you, pls go see a therapist or a mental health expert to help address the hypochondriasis and persistent health anxiety.
Don’t get me wrong:
I am NOT saying all malaria/typhoid testing is useless. NO. I have not said that.
What I am saying is that if you are well and healthy in yourself, you do NOT need any malaria or typhoid tests.
If you have malaria symptoms like fever, vomiting, diarrhea (especially bloody diarrhea), recent travel outside the country or recent visit to somewhere where you drank unclean water and ate unhygienic food, severe headaches, new bitter taste in your mouth, not being able to eat or drink, abdominal pain and you feel very weak and unwell; then yes, you should get tested and treated. This makes perfect medical sense.
But to go and be getting “malaria typhoid test” randomly and on a routine regular basis like you are going to the salon for a new hairstyle, is an absolute waste of your time, and waste of your money.
Malaria testing is ONLY relevant IF you are not well. As I said before, in Nigeria, millions of people are bitten regularly by mosquitoes and so they will have a positive malaria test result if you routinely and randomly test.
There is NO need to “treat” a person who is well and healthy in themselves. The hospitals won’t tell you this because they need to make money: and many of you won’t still listen because you like to waste your money.
Anyway the bottom line is simple:
IF you are well and feel fine in yourself,
THERE IS NO NEED FOR ANY MALARIA OR TYPHOID TESTS.
It is far better to convert this energy you use chasing unnecessary wasteful malaria tests (when you are well and don’t need it) use that energy instead to regularly check your blood pressure, your blood sugar and your weight at least once every year- because the highest risk factors for kidney failure, heart attack, stroke, unexplained paralysis and sudden death in young people is undetected/untreated high blood pressure, high blood sugar and unmanaged excessive weight. This is a far more important use of your time and money.
Pls kindly read and share this post.
You never know who this information will save their life and save their money.
Thank you.
@OurFavOnlineDoc As sad as it is, one would only imagine even worse first from these such people whom we can't verify the source of their information and then other that ordered a prayer/fast as a firm response to the matter at hand. All of them clearly think the same delusional way. Disgusting
From Pharisee to Tax Collector: Rethinking Tinubu’s Kenyan Comparison
In a recent remark in Yenagoa, Bola Ahmed Tinubu suggested that Nigerians should find solace in being “better off than Kenya and other African countries.” While this may have been intended to soften the impact of economic hardship and rising fuel prices, the comment risks downplaying the severity of the current crisis. It echoes the biblical parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector in the Gospel of Luke (18:9–14). A similar warning is found in the Qur’an (53:32), which cautions against self-righteousness.
Like the Pharisee who boasted of his superiority over others to mask his own spiritual void, such downward comparisons serve more as a refuge than a remedy. This validated an earlier dismissive remark by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu during electioneering: “Na statistics we go shop?” Yet statistics remain indispensable - they are the language through which nations understand their condition and chart progress. No country can develop in isolation from measurable realities or without comparing itself with peers. Comparisons, when properly grounded, are not instruments of escapism but tools of accountability. What is objectionable is not comparison itself, but comparison stripped of credible, verifiable data—mere tax collector comparisons that soothe rather than solve.
On key development indicators such as security, the Human Development Index, life expectancy, GDP per capita, literacy levels, and electricity access, Kenya consistently outperforms Nigeria. Nigeria is the fourth most terrorised nation in the world, while Kenya is not among the ten worst. Kenya’s HDI ranking is 143 out of 180 countries, with a coefficient of about 0.630, compared to Nigeria’s ranking of 164 out of 180, with a coefficient of about 0.530. Its GDP per capita is roughly $2,200–$2,300, compared to Nigeria’s $807–$835. Kenya’s poverty rate is about 43% of the population (approximately 23 million people), while Nigeria’s is about 63% (around 150 million people), over six times that of Kenya. Kenya’s life expectancy is about 67 years, while Nigeria’s is about 54 years. The literacy rate in Kenya is approximately 81–85%, compared to Nigeria’s 62–65%.
Kenya’s electricity access is higher, while Nigeria has one of the lowest levels of electricity access in the world. Kenya has about 3.5 million out-of-school children, while Nigeria has about 20 million. Kenya’s inflation rate has been about 4.5% or lower over the past three years, while Nigeria’s has remained above 15% within the same period. Kenya’s exchange rate has been around USD 1 to KES 130 over the past three years, whereas Nigeria’s exchange rate rose from below ₦500/$1 to above ₦1,250/$1 within the same period. Even with developments in the Middle East and rising oil prices, Kenyans have not experienced the sharp increases in petroleum product prices seen in Nigeria.
Across other key indicators, Kenya also performs better. In the end, these indices clearly show that Kenya ranks higher than Nigeria on several development metrics. The standard of living of Kenyans is better than that of Nigerians. If the President considers Kenyans to be suffering despite these stronger figures, then Nigerians are in a far more difficult situation. He should therefore refrain from self-consolation and, in honest reflection, take responsibility for the situation and make a determined effort to drive improvement. This requires a posture of humility, accountability, and commitment to addressing the factors that have slowed Nigeria’s development.

VIDEO: “People are asking why are we not killing terrorists even if they have killed others. Well, even in the Bible, the prodigal son was given a chance, so we should give terrorists a chance to repent”. - Chief of Army Defence Staff, General Oluyede.
When I saw how King Charles was welcoming President Tinubu, I knew immediately that they've played a fast one over him.
Imagine giving you £700 million pounds loan and £200 million will still go back to UK firms.
And you also agreed to receive asylum seekers from the UK.
I thought Tinubu is a master strategist? 😭
After watching this video from beginning to end, a few things to note:
1) Supporting this government is never an act of patriotism; you're either a thief or positioning yourself to become one.
2) Tinubu is running a cartel system of government that shows no intention of improving life for ordinary citizens outside the cartel.
3) Many influencers run coded gigs for this government, they pretend to be on the side of the people, but deep inside they’re not. They quote tweets not to criticise but to make them viral, that's psychological reinforcement. They never tweet independently against this government, but when they quote any tweet praising this govt., you'll see captions like “it’s well” or “this is bad.” This is psychological reinforcement.
I have observed this countless times on this app.
4) I pity vulnerable and ignorant individuals supporting this government, who have no idea their futures are being stolen by privileged elites.
5) Those influencers we empowered on this app, who have in turn betrayed the masses, time will expose them all. 👌
Thank you for choosing integrity over short-term fame, @KevinblakC

But if you understand that you’re voting for yourself and your future, then you will defend your vote.”

RT for those at the back.
Apologize when you're wrong. You're too young to be losing genuine people because of pride. Stop thinking everyone is replaceable and stop searching for quotes to defend your stupidity.
Dr. Akinwumi Adesina is a typical omo ale.
How can he demarket Nigeria in such a horrible way. Imagine telling the world that Nigeria is facing deeper economic regression under Tinubu.
This is why Yoruba conservatives are necessary, to at least control these tainted bloods.
