🚨 Update: BRG Claims Temporary Control of Bhag City, 5 Pakistani Security Personnel Killed

‼️ According to a statement issued by the Baloch Republican Guards (BRG), its fighters launched a coordinated operation in Bhag city, Kachhi district, Pakistan-occupied Balochistan, at approximately 5:00 AM and temporarily took control of the city.

⭐ BRG claimed that its fighters surrounded a Pakistani military camp from multiple directions and carried out heavy weapons attacks, resulting in 5 Pakistani Security Personnel Killed, several others wounded, and the destruction of 2 Pakistani Military Quadcopters.

⭐ The group further claimed that it attacked the City Police Station, seized and set fire to the Sadar Police Station, NADRA office, Assistant Commissioner's Office, National Bank, and several other government buildings, while confiscating equipment present at the sites.

🚨 BLF Claims Temporary Control of Mashkel City, 25+ Pakistani Security Personnel Killed, 3 Quadcopters and 1 Surveillance Drone Destroyed

‼️ According to a statement issued by Major Gwahram Baloch, spokesperson for the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), BLF fighters launched a coordinated multi-phase operation in Mashkel city, Pakistan-occupied Balochistan, at approximately 3:30 PM on 29 August 2026. The group claimed that six separate units simultaneously targeted Pakistani military installations, police stations, checkpoints, and reinforcement convoys while maintaining temporary control over the city.

⭐ BLF claimed that its fighters sealed all entry and exit routes to Mashkel and conducted snap-checking operations across the city.

⭐ The group stated that it seized the Customs Police Station, detained personnel present, destroyed official records, and captured a Customs vehicle before later releasing detained personnel unharmed.

⭐ According to the statement, Pakistani military reinforcements advancing toward the Customs Police Station were attacked, resulting in 4 Pakistani Security Personnel Killed and 2 others wounded.

⭐ BLF further claimed that its fighters seized the local police station, confiscated weapons and equipment, destroyed official records, and later used the position to launch attacks against the Frontier Corps (FC) main camp.

🚨 NIA Court Rejects Bail Plea of Pulwama Attack Accused Insha Jan

‼️According to court proceedings, a Special NIA Court in Jammu has rejected the bail application of Insha Jan alias Insha Tariq, an accused facing trial in the 2019 Pulwama terror attack conspiracy case. The court held that the trial is ongoing and that her release at this stage could influence key prosecution witnesses.

⭐ The NIA opposed the bail plea, arguing that she is facing charges under the Ranbir Penal Code, Arms Act, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), and Explosive Substances Act. Investigators allege that Insha Jan and her father, Peer Tariq Ahmad Shah, provided shelter, food, and logistical support to Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorists, including Pakistani nationals Muhammad Umar Farooq and Mohd Kamran Ali, at their residence in Pulwama.

⭐ According to the prosecution, Muhammad Umar Farooq, Adil Ahmad Dar, and Sameer Ahmad Dar stayed at the house in January 2019. The NIA further alleged that the video of suicide bomber Adil Ahmad Dar, which surfaced after the Pulwama attack, was recorded at the residence on 28–29 January 2019. Technical and digital evidence, including alleged WhatsApp communications, voice notes, and photographs, were also cited by investigators.

⭐ While rejecting the bail application, the court observed that the medical conditions presented were not life-threatening and did not warrant release. The court also stated that the trial is progressing and that delay alone was insufficient grounds for bail in a case involving serious offences under the UAPA.

⭐ The Special NIA Court directed the Superintendent of District Jail Baramulla to ensure that Insha Jan receives all necessary medical treatment and to submit a compliance report to the court every fortnight. The court clarified that its observations were limited to the bail application and would not affect the merits of the ongoing trial.

🚨 UP ATS Arrests Alleged Jaish-e-Mohammed Financier Linked to Madrasa Donations

‼️According to the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS), a 24-year-old man identified as Mohammad Zafar, a resident of Purnia district in Bihar, was arrested for allegedly collecting donations in the name of a madrasa and channeling funds to the Pakistan-based UN-designated terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM).

⭐ Investigators allege that the accused was involved in raising money under the guise of religious donations and attempting to transfer the funds to handlers associated with JeM in Pakistan. Authorities claim the money was intended to support extremist activities and recruitment efforts.

⭐ The ATS further alleges that the accused maintained contact with Pakistan-based operatives and used online platforms to circulate content linked to JeM chief Masood Azhar. Investigators are examining his digital communications, financial transactions, and possible links to a broader support network.
