+++ NEW OSPREY RELEASE v.2.3.0 +++
We have integrated several new features since the v.2.0.0 release to increase access to state-of-the-art MRS analysis and improve the user experience. Here is a summary of the new features: 1/8
++ v.2.0.0 ++
- Full integration of metabolite-nulled spectra.
- Processing of metabolite-nulled data from edited and multiplexed spectra is now supported.
- Add multiple MRS experiments to a subject by adding another dimension to your input cell arrays (e.g. for averaging). 7/8
We are now soliciting feedback on our proposed format for MRS data: NIfTI-MRS.
We're trying to make MRS and MRSI data easier to work with, work better with other imaging modalities, and easier to share openly.
@richardedden@OspreyMRS @HelgeZollner @oeltzschner Yes, everyone should be using @OspreyMRS for their LCModel analyses! Easy batching, seamless integration with Matlab (e.g., in Windows), preprocessing, and comprehensive output.
Finally, we'd like to extend extra-big kudos to @agahkarakuzu for his fantastic guide on how to set up continuous integration for MATLAB software (https://t.co/q2Xs2KwZ0E). We hope that this new workflow will help us ship future Osprey futures with significantly fewer bugs.
+++ NEW OSPREY RELEASE v1.1.0 +++
We're introducing some great new features!
- Fully automated LCModel integration into the Osprey pipeline, including pre-compiled binaries.
- Support for the new standardized NIfTI-MRS file format.
As always, please get in touch with us if you find bugs, if you have ideas how we can make Osprey better and more user-friendly, or if you have an urgent feature request! Special thanks for this release go out to our dear friend @jimprisciandaro for his excellent suggestions.
